I'm up, again. I know why though. I ate off plan this week, licorice did me in. And I also have not been exercising enough because I've been having ankle issues. Ideally I need to get back to working out at the gym 3x week AND doing walks on the days I work out, but also doing perhaps a couple of long beach walks 2x week to add some sustained cardio.
