Good Morning!!
Yesterday I added 2.07 miles.
Busy day at work and a meeting at lunch so no walk at lunch. It was pretty warm.
Tonight we have our home group from Church to attend. The rest of the weekend should be somewhat quiet.
Claudette: Congrats on your weight loss this week. Enjoy your time with your friend. All the walking will do you good, hence the weight loss. My scale stayed the same. Of course it was up from the weekend and spent the week getting it back down.
Never did a book club before. Closest thing to that I did was when I attended an on-line Bible study book. We had done some studies on books from Max Lucado, Jenni Allen, Joyce Meyers, to name a few. It was fun.

Good morning BL,
I am gaining weight, I feel wonderful and I see all the body changes, but the scale is not trending downward the way it should. I think I will consider using a nutritionist. I am taking it a little easy today, My friend is a little tiered, she is not use to walking.
I am going to get up and go to the gym for an hour.

I think I did yard work instead of a workout the other day. I did get on my stationary bike for 30 minutes twice this week.

I heard a story last week about a gold miner who gave up his mine 3 feet from finding a huge vein of gold. The moral was, of course, don’t stop 3 feet short. So that helped envigorate my weight loss journey. I don’t want to stop 3 feet short! Andrew

Good Morning!!
I added 8.72 miles Fri- Sunday. Saturday was a high mile day as I took 3.09 mile walk and later the DH and I took a ride and stopped at one of the State Parks and I walked 1.21 miles on one of the trails.
Our home group was fun on Friday night. Sunday after Church I did take a walk but rested the remainder of the day.
Andrew: Good job on your weight loss.
Brenda: Good job on your weight loss and exercise.
Claudette: A nutritionist may be a good idea. Make sure you are getting enough fiber each day. A DOR or a lighter exercise day is good.
Nancy: Hope you are enjoying your time with family in VA.
