Hello, Nothing exciting here! I had an appointment, then came home and weeded the garden. I still have one spot that needs a lot of care. I also planted new lily "tiny ghost" plant & couldn't resist a new Hawaiian punch hibiscus plant, yellow and pink. Tracking, waters 56oz. Happy Tuesday

HI BL,
Nancy you are really enjoying retirement. If day I resist quitting. I need the money.
This month has been a roller coaster. Did not make it to the gym not one time this month. I think I have gained weight, but I feel great and it is only on the numbers on the scale. Tomorrow I am heading to Puerto Rico for a wedding. I will try to enjoy as much as I can. I plan to gain only 2 pounds. A little nervous, because I do not know any Spanish.

Hello, Claudette, enjoy the island. Relax!! Brenda, it's hard to work on the garden in the heat, I try and go early morning. Yesterday I added a cute stick bird to use as a watering stop for bees & butterflies, although I haven't seen many. Virtual mtg, tracking, waters!! Relaxed in the pool & finished my book. Happy Wednesday

Good Morning!! Thank you for the Birthday wishes. I enjoyed my time off work. I added 14.50 miles which I am proud of since it was in the high 80's-90s. Friday I helped my niece move and went swimming. I also helped her on Sunday put her clothing away and her youngest daughter. Saturday I went to another niece's graduation party. we did not take any day trips. Mostly a stay-cation with relaxation which I needed.
We did head to the Lancaster area for my free Birthday dinner at Shady Maple. I did not over do it. My favorite part is their huge gift shop.
Andrew: Congrats on being the Biggest Loser. Nancy: Thanks for keeping us going every week. You are doing well. Glad you are enjoying your garden. Brenda: Enjoy your time with your sister. Claudette: Enjoy the wedding in Puerto Rico. Waving to all!! Skinny vibes!!

Good Morning!!
Yesterday, was a good day at work. I did a 2 mile walk before work.
We celebrated a co-worker's birthday with the dark chocolate cake with peanut butter icing that I made from scratch. We also had homemade raspberry ice cream cake that her daughter made. Definitely not WW friendly but oh so good.
