Thanks for the Congrats.
I had a nice weekend. Actually, relaxed a good bit. I did add 5 miles of WATP videos.
I have not had anymore episodes of the swelling but my heart rate has still had some episodes of being elevated. I did get my blood work done Saturday morning and based on the results it looks like my Grave's disease has came out of remission. Hopefully my PCP will reach out today with a plan.
Nancy:Good job on your loss also, the in studio mtg, TM30min, tracking, waters 40oz.
Brenda: Good job on your stationary bike ride, VM, and drinking water.
Andrew: Glad you are back at goal.

Good Morning!!
I added a 2 mile WATP, too hot for outdoor walks. I miss my morning outdoor walks.
I had a conversation with my PCP and she started me on a beta-blocker to slow the heart rate down. Urgent referral to endocrinology to get started on treatment for the Graves.
Work today and then I have the next 2 days off. Thursday is the 6 year anniversary of Ricky's death.

Hello, Kelly, I'm sorry to hear about the graves disease coming back. Time flies, are you going any kind of celebration for Ricky? Did my chores early, virtual meeting we talked about Chakra breathing. If you any of you have the ww app you can check out Friends of Fitness group coach Drew is doing a different part of the body breathing each day. Virtual meeting, TM30min, tracking, 56oz water & ran some errands. Happy Tuesday

Hello, Brenda, hope you had a good night's sleep. A lazy day yesterday. Started my day keeping up with my decluttered areas, virtual meeting, TM30m, tracking, waters 64oz. (find I like water in this heat), pooled for a little bit for some added exercise. Happy Wednesday

Good Morning!!
I added 6.72 miles Tue-Thur( Tues WATP and the rest outdoor walks)
I enjoyed my 2 days off. Yesterday was 6 years since Ricky passed. It was pretty laid back day. Did take the DH to an appt.
I will see the endocrinologist for an appointment next Wednesday. Still feeling rather poorly but at least my heart rate is back to normal.
Nancy: Good job on your good days. We got lucky the heatwave broke yesterday.
Claudette: Hope all is well.
Brenda: Hope you have a good studio meeting.
