I've really been getting into these. To me, they're as satisfying as ice cream, and you get a bigger serving for fewer calories than even 1/2 cup Halo Top ice cream.
2 fl oz (1/4 cup) espresso or very strong coffee
1/3 cup fat free milk
4 tsp Hershey's Light Chocolate syrup, divided*
Optional zero calorie sweetener, to taste (I use 1 Truvia packet)
1 1/2 cups ice (more or less as you prefer)
2 Tbs Reddi Whip fat free whipped topping (or any you prefer, but the canned decorates nicer than Cool Whip)
Put the milk, cooled espresso (or coffee), 1 Tbs Hershey's Light Chocolate syrup, optional zero calorie sweetener, and ice in a blender. Close top and blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass, then top with whipped topping and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
*I prefer Hershey's Light over Hershey's sugar free syrup. It tastes better, in my opinion.
Yields 1 very generous serving
MyFitnessPal calculated nutrition info using the suggested ingredients above:
63 calories, 0.1 g fat, 12.7 g carbs (or 10 g if not using Truvia), 2.7 g protein, 11 g sugar (8 g if not using Truvia, which are sugar alcohols)
Note: Try adding some PB2 for a peanut butter mocha flavor. If you do, you could even create a light syrup with that and drizzle it on the whipped topping along with the chocolate syrup. It looks amazing!

cyndee - I make a version of this too and it's very satisfying to drink.
One thing I do different is to freeze coffee in ice cube trays and then use the coffee cubes instead of coffee and ice.
I also add a tablespoon of Hershey's cocoa powder and that make it extra chocolatey
I can't believe I used get those Mocha Frappes at McDonalds which had so many calories, when this is much more delicious to me.

cj59, thanks for sharing your clever method! I'm sure that works out great, too. It's so true how easy it is to make drinks like these (and smoothies) for mega fewer calories and fat than at cafes, smoothie joints and fast food restaurants! I think homemade are pretty much just as good or better, and at least you can better regulate the sweetness. Some drinks bought out are way too sweet for my taste.
