Sola BreadsGood: Taste is great, toasts very well. Not-so-good: price if it's not local; slices are small. LC/Keto probably not WW friendly because of the calories and fatLegendary Foods Nut ButtersGood: good assortment of flavors and textures; they offer a variety assortment of individual packets so you can try them Not-so-good: Price! Flavors I've liked: Pecan Pie, Blueberry Cinnamon Bun(you mostly taste the cinnamon), Chocolate Banana (has some crunchies in it lol)I'm on the fence about the apple pie flavor. The flavor is ok but the texture is not, for me. You know the dried coconut chips? Well the apple pieces are very hard like that -it feels like chewing on a chunk of cardboard. Keto and low-carb friendly
Newdles low-carb ramenGood: I've tried the seafood and pickled cabbage (kimchi-like) flavors and they are really subtle but in a good way; the shirataki noodles are not chewy like a lot of the "miracle noodle" types. Bad: again the price. They're still new to the market so I'm hoping they come down. Low-carb, keto and WW friendlyUltima Electrolyte PowderGood: the flavors are very light and not too sweet. I've liked all the ones I've tried (I suggest the assortment to try them). They do not taste like crystal light or kool-aid, they a lot more subtle than that. Bad: price! Especially on amazon, it can vary by seller. When I bought the 20 pack assorted, it was $16 - now it's $33. I suggest watching the price because it's stupid how much it can change. Keto, low carb and WW friendly
I have an amazon code for 15% off the Ultima: ULNEWS15 if it's from the seller: Ultima Health Products. Monin Sugar Free SyrupsGood: the flavors taste cleaner, to me, because they're sweetened with erythritol and not sucralose. I've liked all their flavors, but the chocolate and Irish Cream are my favorites. The strawberry one is fantastic in lemonade, too. Bad: Not much to be honest. At about $10 a bottle, they're a little pricey but a bottle lasts me a long time since I don't really like sweet drinks that often. Keto, low-carb and WW friendly

Aquastar Wild Pacific SalmonI find this at Kroger and I really like it. It's wild caught, nicely portioned (it's one big fillet that's cut but not all the way through, so it holds together), does not have any kind of fishy smell when thawed and has a nice flake to it. low-carb, keto and WW friendly.

Susalia Corn and Nopales tortillas(amazon link since they're very limited availability - some HEB stores in Texas carry them) This company has a line of low-carb, high fiber and low-calorie tortilla products. I have tried the "crisps" (I don't recommend these because they break easily and don't travel well through shipping) and the tortillas. Good: the flavor is mostly a corn tortilla, so it's good. The texture is not quite right, think of the texture of a thick fruit leather BUT cooked* they're fine. Bad: pricey because of the shipping cost. Low-carb and WW friendly @ 2 tortillas: 40 calories, 0 fat and 3g net carbs(these are "dirty" keto friendly but not strict because of the corn)
* cooked: Microwaved one for 40 seconds, flipped it and went another 30 seconds and got a hardened tostada type shell(or chips if you cut it up, but reduce the time); micro-steamed (wrapped in a damp paper towel) they fell apart; Spritzed with olive oil and pan fried:There's a tipping point between them being really soft and coming apart and cooked like a hard taco shell. If it's tearing, cook it another 30 seconds. The texture was not like a traditional hard taco shell, it had a chewier texture but was really good.

Sola: Golden Wheat Hamburger BunsThese look, taste and behave like a standard burger bun - the regular size, not the jumbo. There is that mildly spongy texture, but not off-putting like some low-carb bread products. The good: if you're missing a burger or pulled pork, egg sandwich, whatever and don't want to wreck your carb allowance, these fit the bill. They actually smell a lot like a honey wheat bread, so if that triggers you, wait until they come out with a version of their seeded variation because that bread doesn't have the same sweet smell. The not so good: the price. It's not really expensive like some low-carb products @ about $1.50 a bun , because you wouldn't be eating these all the time, but when you add shipping in (if you don't hit their minimum for free shipping) it can really smack your wallet. The products from Sola that I've tried do freeze well, so if you want to try them I suggest clearing some freezer space and ordering the minimum. The ingredients are not "keto friendly" if you're strict, and the calories and fat are a bit high for WW - so this one is low-carb friendly and "iffy" for keto and WW.

Thinables Snack CrackersI almost forgot about these, it's been a while since I had them. If you like cheeze-it's these are nearly exactly the same taste, size, texture -everything. The good: the jalapeno and cheddar are just like regular cheese crackers (I have not tried the other flavors); they're not expensive like many "diet" snacks, about 1/3 more than the national brand (from Netrition -amazon is a lot higher). The bad: none really, except that they could be a snack-attack trigger food because they are so good lol The serving size: 30 crackers is just 60 calories, 2g fat, 18g carbs and 12g fiber (6g net carbs), 4g protein and 2WW points, making them pretty friendly for dirty keto, low-carb and WW.
I was using them as a crouton on salads, having 10 of them on a salad really gave me that satisfaction crunch without blowing any of my dietary macros

Real Good Foods PizzaOk, they're really overstating the name, but I guess "just ok for low-carb, gluten free pizza" was already taken. The good: they were on sale lol; the toppings aren't bad; can be microwaved or baked; low carbs; gluten free; ok in a pinch if you really miss pizza The not so good: rubbery crust; floppy; just 4 slices of pepperoni; sauce is so-so, lacks flavor; size is like a personal size pizza from pizza hut; microwave directions say to put it on a plate with the cardboard under it- the toppings all melted off, the cardboard stuck to the crust and it was a big mess; very high sodium at 850mg (not "high" but higher than I like) ; I'd recommend making the crust from keto connect chicken crust and adding your favorite toppings. This one is easy to make, holds up like a regular crust and you control the sodium with the brands you use. Keto and low-carb friendly; too much fat for WW

If you're in Texas, HEB has a line of spices called "Southern Style Spices" which are sold by the pound (I usually just get 1-2oz to try them). The line of spices is very "clean", no fillers, all flavors lol.
The "Southern Style Spices Jamaican Jerk Seasoning" is really good. Cinnamon, Onion, Salt, Allspice, Ginger, Sugar, Red Pepper, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Garlic , Paprika.
The Garam Masala is good an really fragrant.
I've tried a bunch of them (including just garlic and onion powders, cumin, bay leaf, peppercorns) and they've all been good and fresh tasting. I really like that you can get small amounts, so they don't go bad.

I've really liked all the Califia Farms products I've tried, but the: Califia Farms Better Half CreamerIs probably the best, IMO. It's "friendly" for all plans, shelf stable until opened, much creamier than Nutpods, and has a cleaner taste than other non-dairy creamers.

This is a new (to me) brand of pizza and flat bread. I ordered the sample pack to try them after seeing several bloggers recommend them because they don't spike insulin and have a lot of fiber: The sample pack ($49.99) has: 2 pack mini pizza crust (5 in each pack) 2 pack of flat bread (5 in each pack) 2 12" pizza crust CLEAN INGREDIENTS: Almond Flour, Flax Meal, Psyllium Husk, Water, Egg White, White Distilled Vinegar, Cream of Tatar, Baking Soda, Sea Salt, (& Pizza Seasoning for the pizza crusts). Ok so $50 seems high, but you're getting 22 pieces of product, or enough for 5 sandwiches, 2 large pizzas and 10 individual pizzas. If you bought that at Dominos, it would be at least double the price. Yes, I do this in my head to justify buying things lol. DH doesn't always agree The site is: Rays the Valley
I take a small issue with their nutritional panel because they list 9g fat, but only account for .5g sat fat and do not list the breakdown for the other 8.5g. To me, that's sloppy info, I want the details. What they use is not a "new" recipe, it's been around in a variety of recipes for a long time in low-carb and keto for a long, long time, but it's nice to have an easy option that (supposedly) freezes well for a quick "grab and go" pizza or sandwich. keto bun recipegoes really well with their keto sloppy joesKeto and low-carb friendly, possibly WW friendly due to the high fiber.
EDITing to add: I really do not care for these. Their spongy texture and grassy taste make them something I will not order again. You can cover them with sauce and make a pizza, but that grassy taste comes through.

I really have grown to like the Two-Good brand yogurt, but they have such a limited number of flavors. Kroger/Mejir stores has one that has no added sugar that is really good. Kroger® Blended Strawberry Flavor No Sugar Added Nonfat Greek Yogurt - this is the strawberry one. At 8g net carbs, it's not something I'll have every day, but the flavor and texture will make my "treat" list for sure. It's low-carb and WW friendly, a nod to Keto if you're not too strict.

There's a new brand out of yogurt and granola type bars by :ratio keto that are pretty good. The yogurt is really thick and creamy, more like a pudding than a yogurt. The bars (I tried the lemon almond flavor) are ok, not great. Since these are targeted for keto, the calories and fat are high (15g for the yogurt; 17g for the bars) for other plans.
:ratio also has a protein yogurt that is lower in calories a little, and fat (4g) as well.
I think yoplait makes the brand.
