I ran across this recipe trying to find a sodium free version, because the cubes and powders usually have 900+mg of sodium! It's not bad, but not great. It works though. One thing I changed after trying a cup of "broth" with it: I put everything in a bullet blender and pulsed it to make the nutritional yeast flakes smaller because (texture thing) they did not completely dissolve and it looked curdled lol. Also, if you have dried veggies like carrots and celery, I'd probably add 1-2T and pulse those in as well to give it a more veggie flavor. Vegetable Bouillon Powder
