we had it the ground melted but on grass and trees. Sunday nigh5 we will have snow again. Today it is warm again. Any know anything that be eaten at Dennys that is healthy

Amy what were the shots that Scott got? Jim and I both got the shingrix shot in Oct and will get the 2nd one at the beginning of the year. I also got the flu shot because I wanted to make sure not to pass anything to Sams little girl.

He is feeling better. We are going to Denny's. Monday I had given him money to put away for his birthday. I think my resolutions start January 2. I told Social Security keeping what I have.

It's the day after Thanksgiving with a little over 4 weeks until the Christmas, 5 weeks until the new year! It's tempting to just give up and say we'll start over in 2024. But why start the year with extra holiday pounds to lose? Let's finish out the year strong and keep up the exercise and healthy eating. Which also is a great way to deal with the holiday stress. That doesn't mean we can't indulge in the special foods of the season, just remember to also enjoy friendship and camaraderie and non-food festivities around us!

Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-in (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. - Join in on the August water-exercise challenge if you want to, but no pressure if you want to do something else.

Hello all! Could someone fast forward the weather to spring? I'm tired of the cold and we really haven't even begun winter here, lol.
I ran a bunch of errands this morning, including picking up lots of veggies, citrus fruit and fish so come new year's I can get to work cleaning up my diet. 2024 is going to be my year, I really feel it! I'm really going to work on self love and treating myself like I would you all, my friends -with compassion and understanding. I'd never think or tell one of you that you're a loser for not losing enough weight or any at all or for not exercising enough - so why so harsh on myself?

I would like htat too. I think some snow showers today but I can not see with this window I hytink I will get ice berg lettuce, tomatoes leave all the other things out and just do the grilled chicken in the salad and will ring my dressing. Otherwise I am eating whole wheat spaghetti and sauce an black beans which is a good combination for me Ii gaine 3 pounds since last week so I end with 192 but keeping the 263.6 which I am down from from May 2019. my goal is to lose 52 pounds next year . The badger bowl game some how is tomorrow for the not the best team. But we watch 1100 central time on espn2. .I am going to save money each month . And try to maybe step up to the rebounder and down. I am going to get a bus pass which is neat. I have medical appointments in Febrary . first a neurological visit February 6 to see if I have a gen for all . my mom's family gad that als and I don't know if I ever a gene that is also in wiscsonins families. But if I did I would get the medication ahead of the illness. if not I will be relieved. My problem is my lower back hurts alot and I cant get lidocaine till I see a cardiologist. it stops me from walking on the treadmill and jumping on the rebounder. I may go up and down the stairwells. for exercise. I live on seventh floor. it would be good practice for a fire.

I went nd walked to McDonalds early. I walked through Target and walked to the light at the corner . I crossed and went to McDonald's where I had already eaten. then we walked to 'target nearby where Scott got ice for the packers game tonight. there will be pizza but I am eating apples and my whole wheat spaghetti 18 points and beans 0 and sauce 4 points . I think they changed the formula a little.

Guess what ? I live on seventh floor there are 8 but I went down 7 floors walked to the lobby walk back to the stairs door n walked up double stairs to the seventh fll=oor. I felt in my knees not so much my lower back when is good. I di one flight up ut maybe I will take the elevator down an ego up two flight tomorrow if I have any ime. Wwe hshop Friday. I am really excited about what I can do in wint44er. I I get bored not going anywhere on treadmill. so I will do starting tomorrow 2 flights up. We have a late game tonight and early we are going to Dennys. i am definite that the stairs going up is exercise. so it was icy but the sidewalks got salt and I walked through Target and to the lite and up the hill to meet Scott who I knew was there aThen we went to Target I go. a notebook to right dow budgets of food Scott says I will change meh mind and allow j2 meals delivered. I will not. I enjoy the dress red delicious apples and the half package of whole wheat spaghetti and can of saucce and the black beans I am getting a bus. Our bus I stye best in the system it goes to a stop where another bus take us thto the hospital. if I want to go to library I walk to another stop that the bus goes to the the library I like. Its the bus that comes once a an hour. but I did walk to mcdonals with wagon and also did one upstairs first walking down stairs and maybe is could wear short because it is heated. I think the upstairs is better to do than treadmill or rebounder without hurting my back which is without lidocaine. I am going to se a person who moved tomorr for Scotts birthday and she is a program for osteoporosis and I am going to pay for the gym too. I want to go with her or call up the gym to meet with folks once I get my SSa. I am saving some money for next year that would give 1`00 to help my increase in rent next year. They start getting information in July and I often get it before August this year before it was in September. I am paying Scott under the table. But I in a long term program and I want 2 hours of an agency that I was the first client of. I have room ib budget. I am in that prog4ram as of January 2. I dislike when Scott says I will change mt mind. I am walking up b building along the way. At least I can take a break after reach climb. I really want to do that since going today was scary. I think the snow has stopped. and tomorrow monrning it is supposed not to snow and I will have a walker. Scott wants to see the b=ars game today at noon. so I have some bagels that are thawed and peanut utter and a toast and they ND I AM DONATING CHIPS. I AM NTO EATING PIZZA TONIGHT. LUCKILY I only gained 3 pounds at the lowest this month.

Happy New Year. I have red delicious apples and going to buy more Friday. I make the whole wheat spaghetti for 18 points and sauce woman who told me about that 4 points and black beanss0 and 2/3 brewers low carb which is 4 points so I give myself 26 points. I am just tracking online. I start at 192. I really want to lose 42 more pounds at least if I am exercising I did not stay up late but woke after midnight central time./ I am going to pay for a gym that helps with osteoporosis weight lifting. The woman who told me about this program moved to a buildi8ng near us. Scott is the only one that has her phone number. But she is coming for the birthday celebration of ''Scott and bowl games today. Scott and I are going early this morning to Dennies where we will meet another friend ours who moved near the Dennies and so we can see her and celebrate Scott's birthday. I am ordering fruit and Diet Coke. I will eat before and I gave Scott money ahead of time and we split what is left. of the money. We are going with para transit there and back. I just hope it is open. Jen has a care incase it is not. our pharmacy and inside Target is open at 9 today like a normal day. The snow has gone so it is a clear day.i will call the gym after I get the SSA Wednesday and ask for an appointment. Scott showed me the ap on my phone if I put it in a pocket it will measure steps and miles. I am saving money got an account I have that Obama started for those disabled before age 26 and now in 2 years it will ver 46. I send a web check there but will add to the normal amount m]which is minimal some more money I will send via web check from my Credit Union. Then next November I can take out enough for the next year. I should be getting also a return check for an item I sent back that would help me if I need sionething important like another walker oe another balance doctor scale mine sort of is stuck.if I get a walker I can deduct if from rent if a doctor will say I need it which they will, however I asked for the doctor to approve a walker and so I hope I can get that
