I really enjoy bagel thins. They are 110 calories a piece. I usually have two with whipped cream cheese. Whipped cream cheese is only 50 calories a tablespoon and I think one point per tablespoon on Weight Watchers.
This morning I had a brilliant idea. I took some Polaner sugar-free raspberry preserves and whipped the tablespoon into one and a half tablespoons of the whipped cream cheese. It not only gave me a lot more to work with but the flavor was really richer and more satisfying than the preserves by themselves.
Total was nine Weight Watchers points or about 320 calories.
The extra smear of cream cheese at the top is for Dash! 🐾.
