Today is the day we give ourselves credit for what we did this week and give gratitude.

This week I weighed and measured my food, kept the right foods in the house and the trigger foods out of the house, and kept up with my online support groups. I am grateful my life is as good as it is.

I created a new routine for myself that is working for me so far. It shifts the whole day earlier so I am getting up 2 hours earlier than I used to and going to bed 2 hours earlier. This is helping me from not eating as much at night when my defenses are lower. I rarely feel like snacking in the am. I also am doing my workouts when I have more energy - around 9 am. This is a big credit for me!

Credit for 2 spin, 2 row and w 2 weight workouts during a week where I had to motivate myself to go. Gratitude for health, home and family.
