Thank you Puffin and congratulations to everyone! I had beginner's luck on my side (not a beginner to healthy eating, just a beginner to WW) It really helped me to stick to my diet at the close of the week to try to get a good weigh-in on Saturday for this group. Thank you all for the motivation. I'm actually really close to my goal, but I would love to stay in with this group and this challenge for April to make sure I don't slip. Andrew

Good Morning!!
I had a nice long weekend.
I added 8.25 miles some walking, some WATP, and some lawn mowing.
Thanks the Congrats for week 4 BL.
Andrew: Congrats on being the Biggest Loser for March and Week 5. Your more than welcome to stay. I have been Lifetime for quite some time and I stay to keep myself accountable. I usually struggle with some gains along the way when I get lax with my eating.

Hello, Andrew, I'm glad we helped with your motivation. Like Kelly said you are welcome to stay, I learned a long time ago when I made goal meetings are important so make sure you stay at goal. Kelly, glad to hear your weekend was long and nice. Enjoyed the quite day yesterday with DH. Caught up on some of our shows & I finished watching the Ten Commandments. Need lots of water today!! Good Morning!!
I added 2 mile WATP yesterday. Not much moving yesterday at work as I was tasking all day and only had 2 nurse visits the other patients cancelled.
It rained most of the day and quite heavily at times.
Not sure if I managed to catch it cold or if it is allergies acting up from the grass mowing. Negative COVID as a precaution will take another just to be sure.
Went to bed early as I was falling asleep while trying to read.
Claudette: Thanks for the reminders. I have not been tracking faithfully.
When I first started my nursing career Good Friday was a Holiday. Somewhere along the line that was taken away. I know some private practices still do acknowledge it.
Nancy: Hope you have an OP week. A quiet day is good. DH and I were binge watching the Baxters on Amazon Prime. Series based on Karen Kingsbury's books. Relly enjoying it.

Hello, Kelly, hope you feel better soon. Claudette, thanks for the reminder, tracking is a given for me now so I think I will change #4 to get in fruits/veggies. Virtual meeting, TM35min, tracking, 48oz water, 15min decluttering, read. Storm headed this way tomorrow. Everyone in its path stay safe. We are just getting rain. Happy Tuesday
