Nothing physical...cold had me sneezing and coughing and such so...no exercise at all this week!

I did exercise a couple of days but then I stopped because I had to do yard work. That involves a lot of bending, squatting, lifting, etc. and I've found I can't do that and exercise on the same day. So really, given my current condition, I probably exercised 5 days out of the 7

Girl, I call that exercise! It's known as spontaneous exercise, as opposed to a planned workout. I have been vowing to start walking again and I did manage to get a couple of days in. Saturday - morning body weight exercises. Big party that night, no evening exercises Sunday, Monday, Wednesday - body weight strength, balance and flexibility exercises, morning and evening. Tuesday & Thursday - body wt. exercises, walked 1/2 hour w/hand wts. Friday - body wt. exercises, 1/2 mini-trampoline.

Been having ankle issues so having to back off daily walking alas. Tried gym once to do 40 min cardio using machines that did not require weight bearing on my ankle. Then weights and balance exercises.
Walked yesterday and felt okay, today so so but will try another walk after I post this.
Next week, try to hit walking 5 days at least, and gym 2, but might up gym to 3 days per week.
