Today is the day we share what our goals are for the week and what we plan to do with our me-time.

My main goal for the week is to keep tracking. Still not doing it in a timely manner. I keep waiting until the end of the day and then feel too tired to do it. Secondary is to pay more attention to my eating. I keep giving myself permission to overeat and it adds up. My me-time is being on the computer and reading. I downloaded a new mystery for my kindle, and I keep forgetting to read it.

4/24 = 167.2 [pudding tasting, wine, quiche, oh my...and another lunch out today. I will be back on program again soon!

My goal is to keep plugging away - working on re-establishing healthy habits and trying to overcome eating when I'm exhausted
