Good morning. Super busy here. Oldest GS graduates this weekend. Lots of thinking/planning for the trip. Eating isn't bad.
Peace to all.

C134D2, 1196 calories - table tennis, gym, doctor's appt, errands, canasta today. Back on the beam. My plan is to have no goodies at the clubhouse no matter how tempting. I'd love to keep the whole 21 day cycle at 1200 and below with no unplanned snacks. Wouldn't that be the cat's meow? With it all, I've been keeping with the 12 or more hour fast - no exceptions.
Jan - what would chia or flax seeds do to my jello pudding? Would they change the taste or just add crunch?
Kathy - I also read Intuitive Eating a while back - it led me directly to binge territory. For better or worse I realize that I need to count calories.
Meg - Where's the graduation? Maryland? Delaware? Enjoy!

Just high school graduation, here in the Chicago area. Small class of 6 home schoolers. But they have seniors do a "thesis" and a "thesis defense." Very cool. We're going to that tomorrow. I'm sure he'll be glad when that's over.

C82. D6. TRE. 40 hour therapeutic fast fast (Wednesday dinner to Friday breakfast). This trip had SO MUCH CARBS!! Tubs of spaghetti (not joking), homemade white dinner rolls, breakfast rolls. 24 hours into my fast and my blood glucose is getting back to a healthy range. Going to try a couple days of keto. Will break my fast with sauteed spinach, friend eggs, and bacon. A few raspberries.
Nancy- sounds like we had the same Intuitive Eating experience. Hope today went as planned. Enjoy canasta!
Meg- the graduation sounds wonderful and good for DGS in doing a thesis!!
Lori and Jan- hope you are both doing well.

I made the lightened up broccoli cheese soup yesterday - 8 portions in all. I had a generous portion each day. So good. 155 calories. I've also been having the mushu each day for another 92 calories. Left room for some dried apricots and some walnuts which are yummy but still whole foods.
Kathy - Yes two days of 1200 calories. Two opportunities for unplanned treats and I just said no to both of them. Canasta was fun as always. Hope you made the 40 hours, a good way to offset the carbs.
Meg - What sort of event is the home schooler graduation? What facility? How many families involved? Will your grandson be going on to college? Or is college home schooled as well? How many of your grandkids are home schooled? Do both parents get involved in the teaching? It's all interesting to me as I don't know anyone who is homeschooled. That's not true. I had a plumber whose kids were homeschooled but that was a long time ago.
