Jennifer , we must be WW twins. Joining WW was my last resort after a lifetime of yo yo'ing and fad diets beginning when I was a child. My mother also had a weight problem so when she signed on to the latest fad, I was brought along. Let's see, we tried the Brewer's Yeast, Apple Cider and [some popular vitamin - C or B6?], the original Atkins (ick), Scarsdale (nope), the Grapefruit Diet, Ayds and Metrecal. As a young adult I tried starving myself, Black Beauties, whatever was popular in Cosmopolitan at the time, etc. My most successful attempt was The Beverly Hills Diet! I loved it, lost a lot and felt very good, but got sores in my mouth from the pineapple. Then got pregnant. I joined WW after being successful on a community program at the hospital, but gaining it back after the classes and weigh-ins were done. It's the only one that stuck and I can successfully live with. I'd hate to lose it.

I think we might be!!! My mom was a WW member in the 70's, she made Lifetime. I remember her eating plain tuna and green beens at lunch. Lol When I joined in 1997, I was just coming off of another yo yo on the Scarsdale diet. When I realized I could eat spaghetti on WW, I ate it for dinner 3 weeks in a row. Felt like I died and went to heaven... What a relief, I found my weight loss plan! 💥
