My exercise has been working in the garden. While I'm doing a lot less than even last year, I did do at least an hour of bending, straightening, kneeling, squatting and getting up most days.

Body wt. strength, balance and flexibility exercises - daily, morning and evening Urban Rebounder (mini-tramp) - Friday 1/2 hour walk w/hand wts. - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
I've been motivated to step it up what with travels to warm places coming up.
