Today is the day we share our goals for the week and share how we will spend our me-time.

My goals this week are to keep tracking, weighing and measuring, keep trigger food out of the house, make sure I have the foods I need in the house, and keep up with my online support groups (they are very important to me.) For my me-time I will spend time on the computer and read. Bought the second book in a murder mystery series I started recently.

GOALS * Track every BLT on paper and on the app * Move more * Spend 10 minutes in sunshine (if there is sun) daily * Balanced plate eating * Positive thoughts
ME TIME * Reading and Reviewing Books * Do something active daily * Soak in the tub one day at least * Spend time with Rosalie

I was doing reasonably well eating towards the end of last week. Yesterday was awful. I felt awful and I have realized that I'm numbing myself with food. I tried to make good choices but not always. Today has to be different.
My goals for the week are to get back to where I was late last week and stick to that. Log food again, Plan again,
Unfortunately my me-time is being affected by my exhaustion and stiffness. I still have outside work to do but it needs to cool down before I can do it. I think I'm going to spend the day knitting or doing something with weaving. I should read the books I have instead of watching Celebrity Masterchef UK.
