This thread is for anyone that has been away from healthy eating, had a gain and is recommitting. We accept all forms of healthy eating here, whatever that means to you. We touch base daily for accountability and to encourage one another. This is a judgment free zone.
We all struggle to get the weight off and keep it off. Sometimes this is a challenge, but we never give up and that is the key. Regardless of our situation or where we are in reaching our goal, we count on talking to each other every day and are blessed to have one another as friends.
All are welcome here.

Good morning and happy Last Day of April! This year is going by SO FAST! Jill - so good to see you posting. I hope you get your voice back soon. I used to work with a girl who that was always her first sign of getting sick. She was prone to sinus infections and she'd lose her voice before she ever even started feeling stuffy and then it took forever to come back even after she was feeling better. I'm sure that makes it more challenging for you to teach. Prayers for quick healing. As far as the Michigan trip, we plan to drive up on the 10th and back home on the 15th. Safe travels to Ohio! You and DH must be so proud of DSs accomplishments!  I spoke briefly with MIL yesterday and she says they're both turning the corner. It sounds like FIL is doing better than she is, but she definitely seemed to be showing improvement too. Thank goodness! No real plans for today. We rained most of the night and are supposed to have off and on rain today. They actually put us under a flood watch until tomorrow morning. I was originally planning the gym today, but my booty muscles are still sore, so I'll wait for tomorrow, I guess. My blender is supposed to deliver today. I need to figure out where I'm going to store it, my space for things like that is pretty limited, although it does mean that I can get rid of a couple of smaller tools, so hopefully I can squeeze it in. Lora, how exciting about your blender! What are you going to make with it first? How fun!
I'm better each day. This week I'm going to the gym each day. I'm back up to my lifting weight amount prior to getting sick and I'm adding in an incline on the treadmill. I'm hoping to go hiking in Ohio at Hocking Hills. Which I love.

Hello All - I thought for sure I posted...guess I just didn't hit ENTER ?? Walked with DD then went to tap. Played bridge this afternoon - got a migraine aura while there. Came home and went to bed for awhile...DH went to church dinner and brought a "carry out" one home for me.
Lora - hope you don't get the flooding...enjoy the new "toy."
Jill - enjoy the graduation...I bet the new dress is awesome. Hope you get to hike where you want.
