I spoke with the physical therapy office today. Apparently, they work with my insurance all the time and know the authorization process. I have an appointment next Wednesday and it!s only a 10 minute drive from home. Hurray!

Thanks for the start, Chele. πππ GREAT NEWS on the PT office. So close to home is a major bonus. I hope they can get you at least somewhat pain free before the wedding. Are the green beans sprouting? When will you go to the nursery to get your veggie plants? Linda, the dog probably had a good reason if he really bit her. I probably would have bitten her, too. I've never been impressed with her. The chemistry of gluten free bread is totally different from the wheat stuff. It tends not to hold its shape, so it needs to be in a container that will give it shape. In one of the online groups, one woman was complaining about putting her loaves on a baking sheet and couldn't figure out why they always spread to flat while baking. Gluten free baking has been a very different experience. The one I baked yesterday tastes good but is very crusty and was hard to slice. Still trying to find my favorite recipe. I hope drug costs won't go back up if the orange one is back in the WH. I remember DM ending up in the donut hole year after year with her heart meds. It's amazing how Minni has grown. She's definitely a happy girl. Are you going to keep your blonde hair? I guess, as the song goes, "the heat is on" for you, Kathy. Stay cool! I saw something on the Noon news about the chaos with women's reproductive clinics being curtailed by the abortion ban taking effect. I hate it for the women who have limited options, at least until the ballot initiative is voted on. Dale did a trail run. He has his next race in SC next weekend. Not looking forward to his being gone for the better part of 3 days. I did some laundry, a few other things around the house, and started getting ready for tomorrow. I have fasted blood work, so I have to take breakfast and lunch with me and will have to leave a bit earlier than normal. I've spent some time reading, and saw a very informative NY Times interviews with a dozen people leaving Congress. We have a sunny day and should get into the lower 80s, and tomorrow will be even warmer. Happy May Dayπ·πΈπΉ

Chele, good news indeed. Hope it helps a lot.
Karen, gluten free sounds like a pain, and remind me why you bother?did you like yesterday's sour dough pix? Hope Dale is ok at race. Good plan to take food at blood work.

Chele, thanks for the π°ππ° start. Can't believe it's already May. That's great news on the PT and good that it's so close to you.
Karen, it's almost a total ban in the south now. For women in South Florida, they're saying it will be a 14-17 hour drive to the nearest state without a ban. I really feel for the women that have complications during a pregnancy and can't get the help they need. The amendment isn't a slam dunk since 60% is needed to pass it. I still can't believe idiot voters approved raising the requirement from 50% to 60%. Ironically, that amendment only passed by a little over 50%. Hope Dale does well at the race. That's a long way to go.
Linda, that's a happy dog!

Arizona legislature just repealed the 1874 ban with giv, ti sign fast but it takes 90days for new laws to go into effect without an emergency clause. We still have the modern one at 15 weeks I think
