April Showers Bring May Powers!! Maybe April was not your best month, but May, the first full month of spring and renewal will jumpstart your resolve!
WELCOME EVERYONE, anytime, and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, do aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train, and core work too!
Each week you set and post your attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-in (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgment here. - Join in on the August water exercise challenge if you want to, but no pressure if you want to do something else.
This challenge runs From May 1 through May 31,2024.

Good Morning!!
I did not post a weight, since I am leaving Saturday as my first weigh-in for our May challenge.
I am running out of time before my golf event June 23, my family reunion on July 20 and my high school reunion and my niece's wedding in October. I want to look good and feel comfortable so now I am on track to do that.

Mo take 1 day at a time. I bought a book from Neil Barnard who is a Doctor in Washington DC I respect who has done research on good carbs and how to lose weight successfully and with health. I get the book today. I ate oatmeal for desert. I have frozen strawberries thawed I will et through the day. I shop tomorrow. I can not go today because my physical therapist is coming today instead of Friday because Russ is taking me to get my cashier check for rent etc. Friday morning when we get SSa. I think I get the March 22 SSI denial today from SSa. I have asked for the 1979 document which was in file in February of 2024. I have to have an informal hearing by may 29 at SSA. The is because I appealed march 29 2024. I will call SSA today to ask how my search for that document is coming;

I go to WW Saturday. I am paying 19.99 or 9 months. I should be lifetime. Today I reach 173.6 I think on the scale which means since May 2019 I have lost 90 pounds. slowly 18 a year maybe this year a little more but it can be done one day at a time.

it was not perfect for each fo the 5 years . I gained . I lost but overall I lost at the end of each year some. I am getting underwear that will fit me hopefully tomorrow 10 pairs briefs. I asm wearing shorts today. The physical therapist comes. I am wearing the small pants on the bottom. I am biggeron top than with pants. But my arms have lost weight like my legs. I am done with mental health. I m trying to leave that agency an revoked all releases. I do not want such treatment any more.

I had a good day yesterday, so I am looking forward to today.
I am working only 1/2 day today. This afternoon I am going to visit my granddaugther Ally while Sam and Carol finish staining kitchen cupboards.

I am using my phone to track my steps and I had underwear so large my shorts would fall down but the new underwear came today and it did not happen today in the late afternoon. oi got 10,000 steps and 4 Mies. But maybe I will have more miles when tomorrow my phone will fit inside when I do the WATP. I get my SSA tomorrow and will pay for the underwear. I h ave a haircut Tuesday. We have an apartment inspection Monday will have to work hard this weekend after I get home. it was cloudy today. Rained going home from shopping. Russ's birthday is today . hs is 68. We will celebrate his party tomorrow. I am so happy I am able to to do at least 3 miles now Watt twice. Earlier today I did 4 miles. I am so happy that I can do the WATP.

I did 3 miles of WATP, meeting Russ soon. We going to get our cashier checks for rent. I also take out money I need for the rest of the month to shop etc.

Tomorrow morning I go to WW. I hope I wake up in time for the ride there. I an supposed to get the 20 that was charged back if I weigh. I will see.

my rent will increase in November 96 dollars a month I have saved for 11 months of that 96 in savings so in November I can take out 96. I will take out one more 96 in June and have enough for the year, But then next January if my SSA goes up a lot I have to do it again.

I went to WW meeting today I will call on monday and say I am lifetime. I had to pay 19.99 but I int afford that anymore and they must give me lifetime like they did at the WI today I have lost 93 pounds in 5 years. I weighed 170.6

if I do Kisers 7 pounds I will have lost 100.. but I am just trying to hang on and not gain. n
