C134D10, 1544 calories - I think I was craving sweets so ate everything else in sight. I was thinking of getting in just a box of mini ice cream sandwiches but the podcasts on the subject seem to suggest that no sugar is better than any sugar in the long run. What do you guys think? I'm shopping tomorrow.
Jan - My main exception to whole foods is my salad dreesing. I have a tablespoon of either Wishbone red wine vinagrette or Kens Parmesan Peppercorn dressing each night in my salad.

C28. D14. TRE. Yoga. 16,000 steps. Exhausted and bone weary.
Nancy- I have no advice on the sugar. I continue to struggle even though I can clearly see the large negative effect on my blood glucose.
Jan- anything fun this weekend?
