Hello, Brenda, congratulations on being this week's biggest loser!! Claudette, thanks for the catch up post!! You are doing fantastic. Keep up the great work. Andrew, I'm up too. Family visiting isn't good for my waistline eating out every day. Had a great time yesterday with the family gathering. Too much food and leftovers. Tomorrow will be clean the fridge day. Good Morning!!
I added 9 miles Fri-Sun.( WATP)
It rained all weekend. Ran some errands Sat and did laundry. We went to Church on Sunday and did an Aldi run. Managed to relax, read, and watch some movies.
Nancy: Thanks for keeping us going. Glad you enjoyed your time with your family.
Brenda: Congrats on being the Biggest Loser.
Claudette: Good job on your WIs. Hope you had a nice weekend.
Andrew: I am sure that small gain will be off by the end of the week.

Hello, Kelly sounds like a great weekend. Brenda, glad you enjoyed your meeting. I keep forgetting you do the 10am meeting. Enjoyed the last day with my company, virtual meeting, tracking, waters. Just emptied out the refrigerator! Just a couple of cookies left for DH. I need to get back on track as the scale is showing a slight gain. Going to the store to pick up ingredients for white chicken chili to have for lunches this week. Happy Monday

Hope everyone is having a great week.
I added 4.51 miles Mon-Tuesday( WATP and outside walk at lunch) Today I already took a 2.03 mile walk.
Brenda: Hope you enjoyed your time with your friend.
Nancy: Glad you enjoyed your time with family. I love white chicken Chili.
Claudette: We had some rain overnight that was quite heavy. Possible more tomorrow and Friday.

I added 3 miles yesterday. I did a 2 mile WATP first thing in the morning and since I got to to work early I walked another mile since rain was in the forecast for the day.
