How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Weather is gray and gloomy. If the sun comes out we might go somewhere but otherwise will stay home, cook, do some laundry and see the new year in.

Met my friend walking early yesterday so 70' walk. Rode to Skyline loop for 75' later

Yesterday wasn't good. Left my fitbit charging at home when I was out running errands.
Today's significantly better. Zumba! Will go to BJ's and will probably be playing darts.
