C89. D15. Whole 30 Day 20. WI - New low weight in over 30 years 😮🤓. Bet I could fit into my wedding dress. DD is wearing it for her wedding next summer. My Mom, Grandma, aunt and I sewed my 2 piece wedding silk skirt and embroidered top 30 years ago. So it is imbued with love and memories.

Nancy - Are you able to maintain your weight? Is the scale responding to your treats? You have so many blessings on your life with all the friends, family and social events. Can you just lean into them and make healthy choices, without being overly restrictive?
Jan- Hope this weekend brings more ease in staying on track. You have such impressive protein and fiber intake and exercise routine, and you are so consistent. You'll be back in your groove on no time. Any fun plans this weekend?
Meg- popcorn 🍿.... Nom nom nom. I love it popped in unrefined coconut oil (so you can taste the coconut) and sprinkled with black truffle salt. What a treat! But I'm on D20 no grains. Thank you for the SF/alcohol free challenge. It's amazing to be free from intense sugar cravings. I left the Date/cocoa/almond bars at Mom's. Lesson learned (I hope).
Last night DH took care of the Airbnb and the sauna (rented it for the first time!!) so I could take a long, hot bath. Very grateful after an intense week of work and Mom care.
Lol- just now - DH tying his boots to go load wood and I asked if he needed help. We both laughed out loud cuz I'm sitting here in my yoga clothes in front of the fireplace. I'll just have another cup of coffee ☕.

Good morning. Today is SF 63/67. I ate too much last night, even though it wasn't horrible and there was no sweet treat involved. But it was definitely emotional eating (aches and pains plus frustration with DH). So I have a ways to go with not letting my appetite be in charge of my choices. I may skip breakfast today and do 18/6. We'll see.
Our first really cool day! Summer will be back on Monday, but for today, I pulled out the yoga pants and long-sleeved workout shirt for my walk (which I'll do later).
DD's family is on a train to Machu Picchu. Hard to fathom.
Kathy: Yes, I'm grateful for the SF challenge as well! It definitely helped kickstart everything for me. Thanks. Good call on the date bars.

C135D1 - Starting over again. Will be counting calories (1200) and sticking to the MFP nutritional guidelines. I'll plan my days in advance so I can make adjustments if guidelines are out of whack. My next eating event is Friday so that gives me 6 days. After that if I can isolate the many events and allow myself half the calories and half the required sugar, carbs and sodium around it, I'll be on track. No limit on proteins and fiber as long as I stay within the 600 calories surrounding the event. All I can do is keep trying and eventually something will stick assuming I stay alive long enough.
Kathy - A new low weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It must be so wonderful to know that you've finally figured out what works for you. Hearty congrats!
Meg - You and I need to get in charge of the food instead of the other way around. At the moment, you're doing much better than I.
Jan - Well my creami finally died. I havent' been telling you how much trouble I've been having getting that light to go on. Now it won't at all. They are sending me a whole new motor base but it's out of stock. They would have sent a whole new machine but all models are currently out of stock as well. So I probably won't have the base for a couple of weeks. I'll miss it. I'll replace the last snack with either a fiber one brownie or a slice of bread with pnb and in both cases 4 oz ff milk. I'll survive but will be thrilled to get back to my creami's.
