C135D13, 566 calories + all MFP's followed at 50% 1200 values, lots a snacking and dessert at dance last night, but so much fun. They had a 50/50. I happened to have only $5 in my purse so purchased 3 tickets. My friend had none, so I said watch with me as the numbers are called. Miraculously they called my number first. I got $181. That was a nice and very unexpected surprise. A birthday party today, so I'll do the same thing isolating it and surrounding it with half normal calories and mfp guidelines. Then 3 clean days until Thursday which is a bocce picnic. My first but I hear it's another major eating event.

Good morning. Eating is mostly on track. I went to the Rod Stewart/Billy Joel concert on Friday evening. Wow, what a great show! We had decent seats, just a few rows above the floor crowd.
Meg, Iโve been thinking about your grandkids. I hope theyโre oblivious to the vitriol thatโs being spewed.
Kathy, youโre doing the best you can to get your A1C down. Iโm glad your doctor spent so much time with you and is realistic and not terribly concerned.
Lori, you must be relieved that things are falling into place. Thank you for checking in when you can.
Nancy, $181? Whoo hoo!

Jan - I LOVE Billy Joel. Wonderful to have good seats. I thought he was retiring. Maybe he's just cut out the Madison Square Garden concerts.

Morning, all. Thanks for all the birthday wishes! I had a nice day: DH and I went to a museum for several hours, then to my favorite BBQ place for ribs. I brought dessert home and enjoyed it that evening (planned treat). Today is 18/6, SF 70/75.
Jan: I don't follow the news much. Vitriol? I found out today that the church youth group will have a young black man as an intern assistant. Sorry my 6 will miss him! A good role model for them.
Lori: It IS coming together! Peace.
Nancy: under control and with a plan. Good on ya.
Kathy: Probably in the sauna.....
Later, y'all.

Kathy - What are you planning as a follow up to the 30 days? I'd suggest staying with it with slow planned additions, sort of the way we're supposed to do maintenance. Actually it was 3 clean days but it may be more. We're expecting rain for Thursday which would mean rescheduling the picnic. Friday is the rain date but it's supposed to rain then as well. If so it will be moved up to the next week I guess. This 50% system is helping these out of the box meals as well. I did it again today surrounding the birthday party. I so want to keep this up. Time will tell.
