Hi, Betty, Beverly, and everyone. coffee with FF 1/2 & 1/2 Cuke and Tomato Yogurt3/4 cup (167 g) plain unsweetened FF Greek yogurt 2 T. (or more) thinly sliced cucumber, salted (I prefer English cucumber.) 6 halved cherry tomatoes, salted 3/4 T. (5 g) toasted chopped walnuts (= 1 SmartPoint) ***OR Ezekial 4:9 Original Cereal 1 tsp. olive oil - For SFT count ONLY if you use > 2 tsp. healthy oil per day. Top yogurt with cucumber, tomatoes, and walnuts OR cereal; drizzle with olive oil. ***Used Ezekial 4:9 Original Cereal instead of walnuts for crunch, so all SFT. Hi, nsnewfie1996. Some cereals, like oatmeal, Ezekiel (original and golden flax), cheerios, Fiber One, Uncle Sam's are simply filling. This is from memory, so keep in mind that it may not be perfect. There may be some others, but those are the ones I remember.
