C90. D4. TRE. Whole 30 Day 30! It appears I e lost 2# on the Whole 30. Meal-less Monday yesterday. Some days I forget I'm even fasting. Like yesterday.
Nancy - hope the 50% plan works for you. Building in the social eating is good for so many reasons.
Jan- way to keep those healthy stats going!
Meg- Hope the SF count is progressing. Any plan to meet up with your family on their big adventure?
Lori- hope work is settling down and the wedding excitement building!
W30 Reintroduction Plan: Supplements first, starting with glucosamine chondroitin. Then in 4 days add my weird fermented multivitamin. Then add iron.
First grain I add in about 12 days will be oatmeal. But I'm feeling so great without grains or legumes, I don't know if I should reintroduce them??
On the road all week. Hope you all are doing well.

C135D15,1119 calories, met all MFP nutritional guidelines. Table tennis, gym, piano duets, hairdresser, dominoes today.
Kathy - I'd stay as close to what you've been doing. I see no reason to reintroduce the grains if you're feeling great without them. If you miss them, that's another story.
