Good morning. Calories are a bit high but Iām on track. Fighting a mild head cold.
Kathy, safe travels this week. Do you miss oatmeal? If not, I would make it just an occasional food.
Nancy, you sure do stay busy!

C90. D5. TRE 18/6, but grazed all 6 hours on hard boiled eggs, raspberries, nuts, cottage cheese, tuna, almond butter with chia seeds, 2 cappuccinos, and ate a whole š„ avocado. Healthy choices, yes. But continual snacking at my desk.
Intense work day ahead, with a few tense meetings and two large meetings I have responsibility for. It will be a 15 hour day with the 160 miles of driving.
Nancy - hope your day ended well with all your healthy stats intact. You have an enviable, active life. Gym, dominoes, table tennis... I love playing dominoes!!!

C135D16, 1173 calories, all mfp nutritional guidelines met with no exceptions. Line dancing and mahjong today. Probably no gym since they do an orientation on the third week of each month. Oh yes, some good news. I had 5 skin biopsies last week and just got the report - all normal! That's a relief.
Jan - Hoping the cold ends of being nothing much.
Kathy - I also love dominoes. And love the group of 8 ladies we play with. Would you consider planning your 6 hours of eating in advance for a while? My eating is so much simpler when I plan in advance. You love your fasting because you don't have to think about food during that time. Planning for me is the same. No decisions, it's all laid out for me. Just a thought.

Hi guys. All is well. Today is SF day 73/78. Tomorrow will be my 24/6 day. Right now I'm liking what I'm doing with regard to eating, though the next several days will include several meals out (which is unusual for me). Will stick with the plan and probably not even do a planned sweet treat. Kinda feeling meh.
Kathy: I know they say you can eat whatever you want during those 6 hours, but that doesn't work for me. I take "time restricted" to mean no or limited snacks between my real meals. That helps me with my "I'll eat what I want whoever I want" mindset.
Nancy: yay on the biopsies! Enjoy your dominoes.
Jan: Feel better, my dear. And yes, I had read something about the crazy problems in Springfield (and based on misinformation, from what I've seen).
Lori: Don't forget to breathe.
