COPIED KELLY'S THREAD FROM LAST WEEKS AS SHE POSTED BEFORE I CREATED THIS WEEKS THREAD Good Morning!! I added 6.90 miles Fri-Sun. Some WATP, outdoor walking, and yesterday lots of steps while sitting up for the Church Fall Festival. Saturday was a day of errands and laundry. Sunday went to Church and a Aldi run. Made some pumpkin Snickerdoodles for the Church Fall Festival. I went early to help set up and prepare some of the sides for toppings for the hot dogs and sausages. It was pot-luck. Everyone brought a salad, entree, side or desert. It was from 5-8. They had chili cook-off and a bake-off. Music, candy-scramble for the kids, corn-hole, and a tractor that pulls little carts that the kids can ride in. I only stayed til a little after 6 as I was tired. Waving to all!! Skinny vibes!! Kelly

Good morning
Nancy, thanks for keeping us going. You don’t need to apologize. You are so awesome doing this for us.
Kelly, wow what a fun event at Church. WTG with the miles.
I appreciate the support Nancy. I just am upset with myself that I’ve put this unwanted weight on. But you’re right. I’ll take it one day at a time. 😁
Waving to Claudette (hope you are doing okay) Mimi and Andrew

Yesterday was a rainy dreary day. virtual mtg & I did the veggie lovers mtg too. Lots of talk about delicata squash, next week is soups! Tm35 min, stairs, plank, tracking, waters 33oz.

Good Morning!!
Thanks for the Congrats.
I added 2.16 miles on Monday and 3 miles yesterday
DH's Cardio-version went well yesterday.
I went to see the Hematologist about the low WBC count he is not concerned since it has been like that since Dec 2020. Nothing else is off and I am not sick all the time. I do not need to see him again unless I would start to have repeated infections or fevers.
Nancy: Congrats on your weight loss last week. WTG on your good days.
Brenda: Good job on your TM and stationary bike workout.
Drew: I am sure you will get your weight off.
Claudette: I am hanging on to you and encouraging you. You got this.
Waving to all!! Sending skinny vibes!!

Good Morning!!
I added 2 miles yesterday with WATP and 1 mile walk at lunch. Low steps for the day.
I had a f/u with the endocrinologist in the morning and worked the rest of the day. The Graves disease is slow to respond to the medication this time. It was new endocrinologist as the previous one was a traveling Dr. This one said I will have to either have radioactive iodine treatment or thyroidectomy eventually.
Went to Bible Study last night.
Brenda: Your welcome. Hope you had a good workout.
Waving to all!! Skinny vibes!!!

Virtual mtg, stairs, plank, weights, TM35min, tracking, waters 49oz. My oldest granddaughter was over for a few hours yesterday, she had a little headache and said to me do you mind if I sleep. I added 2.63 miles yesterday (1 mile WATP and 1.63 miles walk outdoors).
Should be a quiet weekend.
The new job is going well, I have good bit of down time right now, but that will change once I have health coaching patients.
