Hello, Drew, congratulations for being the BL last week. Way to go getting back in control. Kelly, sounds like you had a wonderful few days off. I've heard of that restaurant you went to. One day I hope to go there. Brenda, yes, were are a work in progress. I knew I wouldn't be able to keep the weight off from the colonoscopy (lol) But I still kept a pound off. I'm going to really concentrate the next few weeks. Claudette, glad you are back. Mimi - hope all is well with you. Sometimes I see a Muriel on the virtual meetings & wonder if its you Yesterday, I volunteered at the library getting ready for next weeks book sale. I got a free book by one of my favorite authors. In-studio mtg, TM40min, tracking, waters 45oz. NO plank, stairs or weights!!!!! Happy Sunday

Good Morning!!
I added 5.83 miles Fri-Sunday.
I had a nice weekend.
Friday evening went to our home group meeting for Church.
Saturday some errands and cleaning.
Sunday went to Church,made an Aldi run, then we went back to Church for a meal to thanks us that serve as some type of Leader in the Church. It was a Thanksgiving meal. My Favorite was the stuffing and Harvard beets. Took a walk when I got home then rested for the remainder of the day.

Hi all - I'd like to join you here! I weigh in next on Saturday. Looking forward to some healthy competition (no pun intended).
I've recommitted to being more active, somehow I got lazy over the summer despite all the normal things I use for motivation. But wouldn't you know as soon as I say I'm going to hit the gym, we get hit with a snowstorm that is going to last another 24 - 36 hours. 7" so far and more to come! The roads are not travel worthy, but I do have stuff around the house I can do. Trying not to make excuses!

Welcome Dragonfly, lots of support here, we try to check in every day. We have all been where you are. Snow already, where do you live. We come from all different states & and 1 country. I live in Massachusetts and love to take drives up the coast to NH/Maine.
Brenda, how was the weights on utube? I do 5min with Denise Austin every day. I love it.

I finally got my bathroom grout fixed yesterday and an estimate for my overgrown yard brush. Went to the book sale at the library. Of course the books I saw while sorting over the weekend were already gone, but still got a couple books from my favorite authors.
Virtual meeting, no plank, weights or gym. Tracking and waters only. Back on track today.

I walked 2.85 miles yesterday.
Went to Bible study at Church after work last night.
After I get done my usual work day, I am going to go help the old office to help with a flu clinic.

I'm in Colorado, outside of Denver. We're up to 7 inches so far. Good news, I shoveled snow for an hour today. Great way to rack up activity points! Bad news, school was canceled today and my son begged me to make chocolate chip cookies. So now we have cookies in the house. Too much temptation!!!

Kelly, hope the clinic went well.
Dragonfly, great way to earn lots of activity points. I also made chocolate chip cookies ๐ช the other. Not from scratch just the pull apart ones, I only cooked 4. Now they are gone.
