Oh forgot to post my weight until Sunday night. Really strange since I do get so much from posting here and sharing with you all. I’ll set a reminder to post this every week. Maybe getting alsheimers as I am not 60! (sorry, bad joke)

I added 4.34 miles Fri-Sun. No exercise on Saturday as was long day preparing for the Church event.
