Hello, Sorry to be so late with this post. Off to the gym early today - then got busy. Yesterday, both DH & myself got our flu & covid shots!! My whole body is sore today. After of course we took a drive up to the beach ran some errands & then Mexican for dinner. Today I'm making the ww chili recipe. I listened to a great meeting this morning with Antoine Sr. Happy Sunday

Good Morning!!
I added 10.88 miles of walking Friday-Sunday.
Other than going to breakfast, store, and Church it was a laid back weekend.
Nancy: Congrats on being the BL. Sounds like a nice day on Saturday. Glad you enjoyed your meeting.

I walked 2.11 miles before work yesterday.
I had a bad case of the munchies last night and instead of eating fruit and veggies I have , I got into seasoned pretzels.

Brr, It is cold this morning. 30 degrees. Finally broke and turned the furnace on, last night.
I walked 2.03 miles yesterday.

Kelly, thanks for the heads up with Drew’s post. I don’t know how I missed it.
I’ve been busy cleaning this week. It feels good and I’ve actually done some decluttering. Today I have a couple of appointments so I don’t know if I’ll get much done around the house.
Still having a good week, virtual mtgs, planks, 5min weights, tm40min, tracking, waters are all over the place 33, 49, 64! As long as I get 33oz I’m good.

Good Morning!!
I walked 2.20 miles yesterday. We finally got some rain. Should start again in a little bit, so no morning walk.
I have an errand to run at lunch, so I will have to settle for WATP workout today.
This evening I will be making a pumpkin pie and apple pie that will be diabetic friendly for our 55+ event tomorrow at Church. We will be serving the traditional Thanksgiving meal.
