Over the past 2-3 days, I'm getting a pop-up from the National Consumer Center. I checked it out on a separate site and learned it's malware that can cause problems. The article I read said if it occurs whenever you have the browser open, it could mean something has been installed on your computer. If it only occurs on 1 site, there is a problem with that site. I'm on a PC, using Chrome and it only happens when I'm on Pro Boards. Anyone else see this?

I'm not quite sure, Linda. I'm on Chrome on a MAC and haven't had an issue.
At the bottom of the screen, there is an option to report an ad. If it is website related the Proboards folks will follow up.

How odd linda 72?!? Are you running any virus protection? Can you block pop ups on this site in your browser?

DebDoesWW I do run virus protection (Vipre) but I don't have pop-up prevention. This "ad" from National Consumer Center" was new for me. I did report it (down at the bottom of the page) so we'll see if it continues. Haven't had it since early today.

Huh, linda72 please keep itsrad and I in the loop if you have any further issues. :/ I honestly don't think it came from this site though.
