Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22

GOOD morning. Off to my fresh start. Besides the nutrisyste, I am having 4 greek yogurt nonfat yogurt 5 oz containers for 8 points and 600 grams of calcium and 48 protein. Frozen peaches thawed 4 cups in 6 servings.. 1 viactiv 1 vitamin. I get it Monday start that Tuesday,. some splenda on peaches 2 oz tuna or 0 points. Yogurt healthier than smoothies,

3 lean cuisines today and tomorrow before nutrisystem. I am giving myself 40 points a day to get the calories in.

Amy, thanks for the start I'm sorry you were feeling down. I hope today is a better day for you. This is all hard. I think all of us can relate. I am so glad we have been friends for several years now.
Debbie, what are you up to? How is your ankle?
Mo, hope you are doing good.
I had a friend over yesterday for a doggie play date. I ate too many snacks and too much wine. Did get in 9,637 steps yesterday.

Maybe today would be a good day for a fresh start for all of us! My foot is doing pretty good but the knee is really a problem the past couple of days. My attitude is worse, I'm letting the knee affect my head. Waving Hi! to Mo!
