Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22

I ate too much but did not binge yesterday. Now today i get nutrisystem and leancuisines this morning before noon. i am going to send the nutrisystem back. I am going to try cold 2 oz a little can of tuna for a neal with fruit. the 4 containers of greek yogurt help. 1 viactiv some slender for the peaches.

I think I will follow the nutrisystem for 60 days and supplement yogurt and fruit and a lean cuisine if necessary, I might as well use the 60 days, I ordered.

I decided to eat 2 lean cuisines and breakfast lunch and snack from nutrisystem. a day.

I tracked breakfast lunch and snack I picked out for today of nutrisystem. 1 lean cuisine to substitute for nutrisysteem dinner 4 containers of greek yogurt. 4 cups of thawed peaches. 2 oz of tuna chilled.

Well its 536 got a nap but o early till I get the nutrisystem. Ups can deliver at 2pm or 12pm I am so hungry had the lean cuisine. Can have 1ablespoon of peanut butter on toast will have now

Hi Brenda, fresh start today sounds great! WTG on the workout this morning! Hope the toe is doing a little better today? How did you hurt it?
I'm starting fresh today too! Went for a 1 mile walk in neighborhood then took a gym mat out on the deck and did my knee exercises. It was really pleasant, I've got to try harder to do that everyday -even if I end up having to go on the TM and use the mat on the living room floor if it's raining. I'll go to the gym after work for weight lift and a spinning class.
