Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from June 21 to September 22

Good morning Everyone.
I posted my weight from yesterday. I know Saturday it wasnt that high but I cant recall what it was. Today it is down slightly to 215.2
Anyway, heres to a good day.

hi Mo. i started nutrisystem except for dinner. Having 2 lean cuisines yogurt and fruit. breakfast lunch and snack.

Nutrisystem isn't working getting another 3 will send them back. donate the two I have. 4 leancuisines 4 greek yogurt 6 options ofthawed peaches.

Debbie, I pulled out a drawer in my kitchen and the front came apart and fell on my big toe. It is doing better now--thanks for asking. Did you make spinning class?
Went to a WW meeting this morning. I always feel so motivated when I leave. Just need to keep it going.

Today I binged on nutrisystem I needtoeat the yogurt and fruit.tomorrow 4 lean cuisines for 30 points and yogurt and splenda for another 9 points

Brenda, yowch, I can just imagine how much that hurt!! Did you check to see if it's broken? No wonder walking is difficult!
Well-l, I didn't go to the gym after all but I did go out on my deck and thoroughly stretch, did some crunches and used a massaging tool on my quads, IT band, and hamstrings. The chiroprator said my thigh muscles are really tight. She worked on them some and I could immediately feel a difference in my knee. So I'm trying to massage my legs at least once a day (but aiming for twice) as well as stretching a lot to see if that, along with losing weight, helps my knee.
Amy, hang in there honey, pick a plan and stick to it for at least a week to give it a chance to work. I know, I know, it's easy to say but tough to do! But you can do it, you've done it before!
