Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from June 21 to September 22

Its so good to see everyone here!
I did pretty well yesterday. My family reunion is in Camp Hill near Harrisburg on Saturday. My sons never go due to a falling out with one of my sisters, but I still like to go and see everyone.

Mo, hope you enjoy the family reunion this weekend! Sorry the boys won't go. I like going to family reunions, I'd love to go to another one on either side (Wood or Gregory).
Brenda, enjoy your workout! I didn't walk this morning in the neighborhood 'cuz I really overslept (rats!). But I'll walk after work, may have to go on TM if weatherman is accurate (ha!) about the storms this afternoon and evening. I did hit the gym yesterday after work for weights and spinning plus I did my 1 mile walk before work. I want to get in the habit again of walking first thing when I get up, hopefully eventually transitioning to running again.
Amy, I love peanut butter! And peaches! This is my favorite time of year in fact, for weather and for produce -the Lori Ann peaches are in the grocery store as well as still some decent cherries! My two favorite fruits!

I figured lean cuisines are so expensive. So I will have 8 tablespoons of peanut butter 8 slices of healthy life. 4 greek yogurt and 4 cups of thawed peach, Ate pwtry downstairs t the breqkfqwt.
