Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from June 21 to September 22

Debbie, did you get out this morning for your walk?
It is going to be hot today. I just can't take the heat anymore. Did a C25K workout yesterday. Day 1/week 1 (app on my phone). Not sure what today will be. Probably weights.

Brenda, nyah, overslept again! I'm going to bed too late, then oversleeping. So I guess I'm going to have to start setting an alarm clock because I really would like to get back into a morning walk routine -eventually to ramp up to a jogging the running routine. I really miss running!
It hasn't been realy hot here but it has been HUMID! The kind of humidity that makes it hard to get dressed because your skin is always moist so your clothes stick. And just walking around the house makes you sweat. We've had so much rain this year!!
Brenda, WTG on the C25K workout! Keep up the good work! When it's hot can you still exercise on your TM without getting dizzy?
Weights is a good idea Brenda, I'm going to hit the gym for weights today.

Hi Everyone. Trying to take it one day at a time. I had an NSV today. I was thinking about eating some junk food but then stir-fried some zucchini and garlic. It was good
