How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

It is raining and dark - don't think I will be doing anything for exercise outside today. Not sure what the day holds in store for me.

Dark and early here (0430) and getting colder by the day. brrrrrrrrrr
Got in 50' walk yesterday with bit of early melting snow/slush and 45' ride on bike. Not icy and mostly bare road. Took it easy and have winter stuΔed bike tires. Then off to New Year's Day brunch for mostly veggie omelet. A few medjool dates wrapped in bacon for a treat too.
