Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22 .

Good morning! I was subbing for Bunco last night and never made it to the gym, arg! But I'll be sure to exercise today! I need it!
Mo, I hear you! When the weight loss just isn't there, it gets a little depressing. I hope your feeling better now and continue to stay on track!

Trying things desperate for a solution for tomorrow and on. I did 14 slices of Helthy Life 7 lives of whole wheat bread. cottage cheese 1/4 cup on each slice of bread 12 with cottage cheese 2 with peanut butter 1 tablespoon each. 4 cups of peaches for 31 points (1569) calories.and was gaining with the pasta. 45 47 points. no fat.
