Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22 .

Good morning We had a black out for 2 1/2hours last night. started 8 and ending 10pm. But it was scary went in hall an someone lent me a flashlight. we made ourselves go down dark stairs to the outside. I am doing better today. i am eating 1/4 cup ff cottage cheese on 12 pieces of toasted Healthy life today. Had 2 for breakfast. Another 2 slices for 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. 4 cups of thawed frozen peaches.

Amy, I'm glad you're feeling better today. I know that desperate feeling of not being able to get control of your eating, I'm really struggling with that a lot recently.

Deb the cottage cheese left mehungryon that bread. Instead I am having 3 bagels 6 slices when cut in half with 6 tablespoons ofeanut butter and 4 cups of thawed fruit. Much cheaper 11 bagel bags of 4 for 2 weeks. each 1.19 and peanut butter is less that cottage cheese.
