Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22 .

but I have enough starting tomorrow for 12 days before shopping to eat what I will be eating as of July 21. I am using up some food today so it is 2118 calories and 55 points. today july 20. I go to WW tomorrow and very scared I gained a lot.

1 1/2 cup cottage cheese 4 tablespoons of peanut butter 4 /1/2 slices of whole wheat bread 1 onion bagel . 4 cups of peaches thawed/ 2 viactiiv 2 gummy vitamins Splenda Starting July 21 I need to start tomorrow because I have just enough till I shop August 1.

So today 4 raisin bagels 4 slices of healthy life 8 tablespoons of peanut butter 2 victim 2 gummy vitamins slender 4 cups of thawed peaches

Amy, I struggle with food too. Hang in there--I love cottage cheese. Wish it didn't have so much sodium in it.
