Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22 .

Good morning
I've walked a mile on the TM this morning. It is so hot here that I can't walk outside. When will fall get here! lol
I have so much summer fruit here. It is so yummy :-)
I'll try to cbl to see how everyone is doing.

Nooooooo! No fall, I don't like the cold!
I made it to the gym for spinning class this morning, finally! I don't know what my problem, been in a funk and exercising sporadically. But I will stop at the lake on the way home and walk.
Brenda, WTG on your mile on the TM! Don't let the heat beat you! And if you have too much summer fruit, feel free to send it my way, lol! I love summer fruits! I can't eat enough peaches and cherries!

Hit humid lots of rain gained 4 lbs getting rid of the bagels tonight. Then i can have healthy life and get 31 points, had 5 bagels today

Debbie, I've been in a funk too. I think it is all the hot weather. I don't do good with it regarding my vertigo. I love reading on my porch and walking on the towpath. Good for you making it to the spinning class!
Amy, you'll get this down soon. Hang in there.
