Good morning and Happy Friday! Wow do I feel good this morning. It seems like the detoxing might be wearing off. Happy mood, good energy, feeling so clean inside - and I lost five pounds!!
Suzanne, good idea to look back on your foods from last year and come up with an action plan. Those journals come in handy, don't they? Right now I'm using using splashes of red wine vinegar on my salads (it tastes fine once your palate adjusts). Soon I'll start making some of the DIY dressings in the cookbook.

Another day doing Eat for Life:
B - Raw Rev Glo bar (kind of a cheat but 5 points) and a banana L - lunch with co-workers - 1/2 of a large salad with grilled chicken , red wine vinegar, cherries back at the office AS - just a few mixed nuts D - so stuffed all I could manage was some leftover roasted potatoes
Daily Affirmation - What you eat matters, it influences the quality of your life (Dr. Joel Fuhrman)
Fitness Report - Kundalini yoga for a.m. stretching, Classical Stretch and Margaret for back, triceps, obliques inner thighs
Health Goal - treat myself to some flavored gourmet vinegars

Thank you for the feedback yesterday and the information on a few splurges while losing. I did try beluga (black) lentils and quinoa today. Found the quinoa not so exciting but have plenty left so may make some patties with it and the beluga lentils

Good Morning, Angels: Pat, it looks like we cross-posted the intro! I'll double-post, as Cathy did.
I'm counting this as official Day 1 back on the program. It makes it easier for me and for those around me to know: I'm back on the plan.
Cathy: How did you do yesterday? I'm thinking of you as I re-start my own program! You must be starting week 2? I really love your affirmation today.
Yes, Pat, that log is wonderful. I did forget about some of the foods that helped me thru. And I was so surprised that I was able to scroll all the way back to June of 2016. I will try the red wine vinegar. I also have raspberry balsamic vinegar that I'll experiment with. Last year, one of my salad-staples was a sauce (which I used as a dressing) Raspberry-Chipotle sauce from Robert Rothschild Farms (just reordered). The salad concoction came from a fellow-WW last year. Maybe tonight, I'll try your salad with tuna for dinner.

Good Morning, Dear Ones!
Affirmation - I used to be distracted but now I am focused & centered Fitness report - Tap class Health goal - good choices, WI tomorrow😬 Gratitude - finished a couple nagging chores yesterday and feel good about it
I just had a cool experience. I had practiced my tap steps from last week just a little yesterday, maybe 1/2 hour but then I just visualized the steps in my head before bed last night. When I woke this a.m., I had been dreaming about dancing...I dreamt I was actually in the dance studio ....and today, guess what? I did really well in class even when the teacher let us try at the end with a faster tempo. I think there was a definite positive impact from visualizing! My mind is reeling with possibilities ....🙃
Speaking of ancient grains...have any of you tried farro? A friend of mine says it's really tasty. I bought some, but it requires a longer cooking time than rice and I keep forgetting to plan ahead for it, LOL.

Woo hoo Suzanne on Day 1 back on program. Love your dream Carol, and how it translated right over in to real time. I visited the market at lunch and got some gourmet vinegars - strawberry champagne vinegar and a ginger pear one that has a real kick. When these nice bottles are empty I'm going to start making my own infused vinegars at home - these are pricey but I figure I'm worth it. And they should last a long time.
