Breakfast: pineapple, cantaloupe, and blueberries scrambled eggs sausage link biscuit w/orange marmalade coffee
Lunch: smoked turkey on Killer bread w/canola mayo nonfat milk
Snack: 2 Laughing Cow wedges 8 low fat Triscuits
Dinner: spaghetti & meat sauce buttered Italian green beans
