Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22 .

Thurs -at least a serving of whole grains
Fri -self appreciation
Sat -5 servings fruits&veggies

Good morning. I gained 4 lbs t WW yesterday. 48 lbs to my goal of 155.. I have coupons from My Medicare Advantage for WW 13 at a time one a week. I have a plan I figured out starting today which is 32 points a day but 1768 calories. so satisfying 6 meals.

Good morning everyone! Amy, Thanks for starting us up.
I am down -.8 this week. I feel really good about that . I am just making sure I tan=ke my food to work and buy as little from the vending machine as possible!
Deb, when is the Walk next month. If it is still on for you, Jim and I would love to come up. Where do I register for it?

Debbie, how are you doing?
Staying about the same on the scale. Didn't feel like going to a WW meeting this morning. I woke up at 2:00 and couldn't go back to sleep. Not sure why I am waking up in the middle of the night.
