Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22 .

menu daily 12 slices of healthy life whole wheat whole grain slices equal to 6 slices of bread. 3 cups of ff cottage cheese 4 cups of thawed peaches 2 cups of frozen peas cooked 30points and 1753 calories.

i put 1/4 cup on ch of the 12 slices of healthy life bread toasted. . I would like to melt the cheese with cinnamon. It should come next week. toaster oven. whereI can learn to do that.

My fit bit is charging. I want to wait to go on treadmill. Finally I have the combination of foods that is filling it is really simply filling with 3points for viactiv splenda and vitamin soI do it in points so 3 points a day are not subtracted in simply filling.

I will put it in simply filling. That gives me 14 weekly points to see in points i get 35 but I better.

Brenda, yesterday is in the past, just do your best today! Sorry the weather is hot and humid, yuck!
I leave in a few minutes for a smallpipes practice then will go for a walk/jog at Beaver Lake.
