My goal will be to drink 3 large glasses of water a day. It is a lot easier in the summer. I have a 16 ounce cup with a straw and lid I will use. Me time is a manicure this morning and I will make time to read. I have lots to do at home. I just have to get the dining room clean and finish going through mail and the holiday cards. Then I can work on organizing.

Great goal of drinking water, Audrey. It is harder too in the winter for me to remember to drink it.
Still picking up here since the Christmas season is done. Washing clothes and putting things away.

My goal is to get back on plan and reduce snacking. Mr. Lani brought home three cookies that we split. He promises not to do this any more.

My goal is to stay on plan, track everything I eat and get back to yoga today after a bit of a hiatus. Me time includes the yoga class, knitting with friends 2 afternoons this week, and finishing a book for next week's book club.

Me-time is my computer time. My goal is to continue what exercises I do. I went to my meeting last night and got the new booklets and asked for the new handout for Simply Filling. Haven't looked through all of them yet. We had a number of new members last night would think we'll have more in the coming weeks. There was no change to the SP part of the program.

I need to tend to my sleep schedule and add resistance training to my weekly workout routine. It's either all or nothing thinking errors that result in my value for aerobic exercise over weights or resistance activities. Drinking more water is a goal that I feel like I can always work on. Thanks for the reminder.
Judy, thanks for the update on SPs and 2017 focus. Our meetings have been pretty transparent about WW sticking to their plans to keep everything steady. I will check out materials Saturday.

Hello everyone,
My main goal is to keep tracking and move more.
My secondary goal is to keep moving forward on the remodeling. It's crazy over here but very organized. So far going quite well. Cabinets will be installed in master this Friday. Nervous over that since it needs to fit exactly in between pony wall and side wall. At same time on Friday the contractor is in guest bathroom framing shower niches and doing all electricity. Goodness....

Weekly Goal:
I want to get back into 100% tracking on my phone this week (just put in my breakfast before I made this post), try to drink at least a few glasses of H2O per day, and exercise at least 60 min/day 5x week for my cardio, plus ballet this week once, since I only have one class this week because they were closed for the holidays...rinse and repeat next week! Me-Time: Polishing my silver, which sound like a chore but it's sort of meditative and my silver is quite old so I imagine who used it originally while I polish away...like a mini-vacay!
Checking in here is also my me-time as it keeps me honest with myself.

For the next week my goal is to continue doing Simply Filling, but to get better at it. More green circles and fewer points. I'm glad you mentioned that there is a new SF handout. My meeting is tomorrow and I will ask for it.
I'm doing OK with my tracking and exercise. I changed up the machines I'm doing at the gym and added some more weight, so I expect to be sore for the next few days.
Me-time: I bought a new coloring book at Barnes & Noble today!

It helps to see what you have actually done. Accountability, you know! I used to have a drinking water app on my phone and whenever it went off it made a glug, glug, whoosh sound that was supposed to sound like drinking or pouring drinking water I guess, but mostly it made me want to pee all the time so I deleted it.

LOL with all the water stuff... AND seriously, increasing my intake was one of my new intentions for the year! Goal this week is to hopefully finally flush the salt and sugar bombs from News Years Eve's "too-many-to-count" courses. Also returning to the resistance band work in full measure. Me-Time will be finishing my book and checking in with friends I haven't talked to in 2-3 weeks. Marilyn good to see you here jamescat1 I just figured out you changed your avatar/username - I assumed you were traveling extensively. Audrey I'm so clueless.

I'm also on the water wagon.I have a 30 oz insulated tumbler and fill it twice a day.I will continue to track and go to Curves three days a week.I do have a knee problem and am going to see my NP about it tomorrow so that will help me decide what day to go back.
Me time-also my computer time and watching new episodes of my favorite shows tonight plus drinking my hot tea in the mornings.

My goal is just to get back into a regular routine. When I'm off for Christmas, my eating gets irregular. And I miss strength training. I worked on the weight machines today for the first time since mid-December. I made it through without reducing weight, but usually the 2nd day back is the worst.
