Today's July weigh-in ... Well, crap! After 9 months the credit card came out and pay I must. And you know what the scale was up? .8! That's POINT EIGHT! (of course that's over the 2 lb "gift" that WW gives ya so it's really 2.8 over goal...) Dang! Poop! Blast it! (close your eyes zazzles ) I showed up commando (honest!--no bra, no panties!) No jewelry, no hair clips, no eyeglasses (dang! I wish I wore removable dentures!) bare feet (on a paper towel for sanitary reasons of course--hey! how much do paper towels weigh??) and I peed (TMI?) BUT... I showed up! I stayed for the meeting! I participated in the meeting! I saw a few friends! Got to congratulate a fellow WW who reached a 50 lb milestone and have HER tell ME the I'M her inspiration (awww!!) And I only cried once... Onward to August......... ..............after the family party today .........................at which I intend to pig-out.............

pbnj, congrats for walking into the meeting and weighing in. I'm facing the same thing for August...again. You've done this before so you'll get it back down. Hang in there!

pbnj as someone who can easily gain or lose .8 in a day, it can be off tomorrow and 2.8 by your next WI

0.8 over the 2 lb limit is still good! better than being 20.8 over goal which is pretty much where i stand right now! when i was at goal (my official WW lifetime goal weight is 130), i could easily be up 2.8 and more and then the following weigh-in it was down 3 or so. my fluctuations were pretty wide. as long as you get the pendulum swing in both directions within that relatively small range, you are good!

pbnj,Look how much you were up in July and to get down to just .8 over is a win win.You have it going and don't look back.I'm another who can fluctuate as much as 2# one way or the other daily if I've had too much sodium like I had today.Tomorrow is a new day and August a new month. You exercise a lot more than I do and it will come off for next month and you will totally rock that WI.

pbnj- You will get that off in no time.
I'm proud of you for going. I'm over my goal by 2 pounds so I haven't shown my face in a while. I'll get back to it. We can do this

pbnj, So important to just show up. I remember years ago when I first went more than 2 pounds over goal and I decided not to go back until I was back to the free lifetime status. (I had been out of town for work for a couple of weeks and came back up 5 pounds). Well, it was years before I went back and by then I was way over. So, yes, I had to pay in July and had to pay this month but I would rather do that that not show up and have it just get worse.

I'm playing that close to the fire too... I'm proud of you for going in. I can't tell you how many times I was not brave enough.
Onward August...
