How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Walking yesterday was in an old monastery that had been abandoned. In 1977 nuns moved in and restoration and living inside began. We were taken on a tour, given Arabic coffee and met another group also on the tour. In the other group was another nun from Syria - one who was in the group that was kidnapped and finally released to come stay outside the country till things settle down. Not much walking BUT a bit. Also drove by a church dedicated to Mary Magdalene but since it was closed we did not go in. Not sure how much walking will get done as we are off to Beirut to see relatives and visit the National Museum.

Nice Cathy. Rode 45' to gym. Weights 30'. Walk with maybe a dozen tiny snow flakes for 40'.
Unexpected low fever under weather late in evening. Taking easy today. Maybe walk around block but just taking tylenol and fluids.
